Leadership is not reserved for the few—it’s a calling for anyone willing to grow, to serve, and to surrender. In a world desperate for direction, character, and courage, Jesus is raising up a new kind of leader: men and women who are forged in faith, anchored in truth, and bold in love.

Over the next 10 months, you will be shaped through prayer, fasting, study and other spiritual disciplines. You’ll receive doctrinal training, hands-on leadership development, and personal spiritual mentoring. You’ll serve your community, proclaim the Gospel, and be stretched beyond what you thought possible.

This is more than a program.

This is a call to discipleship.

A call to walk deeply with Jesus.

A call to die to yourself, so that you can truly live. 

And when the journey is complete, you won’t just be grateful—you’ll be changed.

And the world around you will be, too.

Men and Women who feel called to grow in their discipleship, who desire to be shaped by Christ and build the local church.

Leadership Formation Dates: August through May 

1 on 1 Interviews begin in July

$30 Application fee for background check 

10 month program cost = $495 (first 5 students only $95)

9-10 | Personal study and reading

10-11 | Class

11am | Sit in on Staff Meeting

12:30pm-1:30pm : Lunch

1:30pm-5pm | Outreach 

8-9am | Devotions

10-11:30 | Class

11:30-12:30 | Spiritual Development

12:30-1:30 | Lunch

1:30pm- 5pm | Ministry Track: creative, follow up, generations, facilities

*You will study Basic Doctrine, New Testament Survey, and other spiritual formation works.
